๐Ÿ’งReconstitution Tips

For best results when reconstituting peptides:

  • BAC water is the default solvent โ€” but NOT for every peptide
  • AOD-9604, IGF-1, IGF-1 LR3, MGF, Dihexa need 0.6% acetic acid (hydrophobic)
  • ARA-290 needs 7.4 pH phosphate-buffered saline (PBS)
  • Inject solvent slowly against the vial wall โ€” never directly onto powder
  • Gently swirl โ€” never shake
  • Allow to dissolve completely before use
  • Store reconstituted peptides at 2-8ยฐC (refrigerated)

๐Ÿ“Understanding Units

Insulin syringes measure in "units" โ€” here's the conversion:

  • 100 unit syringe = 1mL total volume
  • 1 unit = 0.01mL (10 microliters)
  • 10 units = 0.1mL
  • 50 units = 0.5mL

๐ŸงฎQuick Formula

The core calculation for dosing:

  • Concentration = Peptide (mg) รท Water (mL)
  • Volume needed = Dose (mg) รท Concentration (mg/mL)
  • Units to draw = Volume (mL) ร— 100
